THE ARCHITECTS VISION
Pinares Hills is a groundbreaking development
situated in the hills of Pinares de San Antón, just
north of Málaga city center. This pioneering project
establishes a new standard for sustainable luxury
properties in Málaga, seamlessly integrating modern
architectural excellence with the surrounding natural
landscape.
González & Jacobson envisioned a project where
architecture and nature coexist in perfect balance.
Sustainability is a guiding principle throughout
Pinares Hills, evident in thoughtful details such as
thermal insulation and the integration of native
landscaping. Each plot has been carefully planted
with indigenous trees and plants, not only to
preserve the area’s natural ecosystem but also
to ensure a seamless connection between the
development and its surroundings. To further align
every villa with nature, they are all named after a
tree species. This approach minimizes environmental
disruption, enhances biodiversity, and reinforces the
development’s commitment to sustainability and
nature.
The project is developed by Cogitari Homes, and
features 13 state-of-the-art villas in its own gated
community, delivered in two phases. These homes
incorporate innovative, sustainable architecture with
high-end finishes, making Pinares Hills part of a new
generation of properties southern Spain.
