Sam Kader
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Sam is a skilled construction engineer with 15
years of experience in both renovations and new
construction projects in Sweden. Over the years,
he has successfully managed his own construction company and worked as both an employee
and consultant in the industry. Outside of work,
Sam enjoys staying active through training and
values quality time with his wife, two children,
and close friends.
Sylwia Odrozek
FINANCIAL MANAGER
Sylwia, originally from Poland, is fluent in English
and Polish, with growing Spanish proficiency.
Holding a Master’s in Management, she has
a strong background in finance and project
management, mainly in IT. Her experience
includes coordinating a BBC TV UK Data Center
and major projects for Belfius Bank in Belgium.
After living in Poland and Cyprus, she now
applies her international expertise to Marbella’s
real estate market.
